Pastor Jim and Karen Britton Founder/PastorLet me tell you a little bit about myself and our ministry. I accepted Christ in 1971 through the message of Young Life. In the spring of 1972, a friend introduced me to the power and grace of God in a small Pentecostal church in Springfield. Three years later, I married Karen, the preacher’s daughter. We have been blessed with two children Jimmy and Christiann and four grandchildren.
Seeing the need for a Spirit-filled, but contemporary church in our city, we pioneered Word of Faith Family Church in 1985. As God blessed, in 1991 we were able to build our present facility on Springfield-Jamestown Road.
My heart’s desire is to show off what a totally awesome God we serve. We are greatly anticipating what Christ has in store for us as we seek to advance His Kingdom’s cause in Springfield, Ohio and the world.
We would be blessed if you come be our guest; and would love to include you as part of our family.
Rob and Becca McPherson Youth PastorLet me tell you a little about me and our vision for our youth ministry. I was called into ministry in spring of 1998 at a youth conference. In fall of 2000 I attended Rhema Bible Training Center and majored in youth ministry. My wife, Becca, and I got married in spring of 2004. We have been serving in youth ministry for 10 years. Our vision for youth ministry is to see students experience the power of God in a way that will change their generation. We believe that students will experience God through the power of His Word and through intimate worship. We want to see students move in this power in their everyday life. We hope that you will experience God the way we have learned to know and experience Him.
